Dr. Regina Flippin
Dr. Regina Flippin is the Founder and Medial Director of the Urban Foot Care and Urban Foot Care Surgical Centers where her specialty is Minimal Incision Surgery. Her work includes the administration of the practice, staff management, and credentialing. Dr. Flippin also practices in Chicago and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Regina was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She attended Christian Brothers College in Memphis and was later awarded a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from School College of Podiatric Medicine. Regina completed her medical training as Chief Medical Resident at the Richmond, Virginia Department of Veteran Affairs. She is a Triple Negative Breast Cancer survivor whose service breathes life to breast cancer awareness in the Milwaukee area. Her foundation, Flippin to a Cure® was designed to raise awareness about Triple Negative Cancer, an aggressive form of the disease which is more likely to impact African-American, Latino, and white women under 40 with no familial history of breast cancer. Her foundation recently raised $22,000 for breast cancer research at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedert Hospital Breast Cancer Center. Regina is a member of the Wisconsin State Board of Podiatry, National Medical Podiatric Association, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She belongs to Chicago Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church and is an honorary member of Christian Faith Fellowship Church in Milwaukee. Regina is married to Eric Bland.
